Cancellation and Refund

If you decide not to attend a workshop or a programme that you’ve paid for, PEHEL Foundation may be able to refund your payment.

Refund eligibility

You can request a refund within 24 hours of your original payment by writing an email to contact@pehelindia.org .

You won’t be eligible for a refund if:
  • 24 hours have passed since your original payment

When you request a refund

You’ll get a confirmation email when we get your refund request. You’ll also be unenrolled from the course/workshop.

It can take up to 7-10 business days for funds to return to your account and reflect the amount after a requested refund. If it has been longer than 10 business days, you can contact us for help.
